healthy food for everyone

                 our body needs  nutrients which are mostly occured in the natural food but now a days we are mostly interested for the fast foods which are great harm to our sensitive  body thats why ,now a days people health and age degrading very much so the different kinds of food list  which is preferable for the different category of people is availablae below

for men and  women :because  of no food has every nutrients,you should eat

variety of foods.......


people who are growing stage they must note that the food nutrients should be daily taken by them every day like vitamins and protien which are used for replacement and repair of body cells and growth for creating amino acids which are highly avialable in the 
eggs ,milk,cheese ,meat.more over essential amino acids must be supplied 
by the foods

  -proteins---chicken,vegetables,fruits
  -carbohydrates---fruits,dry fruits,juices,cereals and their products
sweets,pulses,beans,lentils,
dhals,roots,tubers,milk and its products,

        fats---there are some good fats and bad fats........

-vitamins--  these are mostly available our regular food except d vitamin

minerals ---apple,blueberries,oranges,cauliflower,ginger,green tea..............etc

for kids:

                              at the age of 2-10  years old   

 1) tear lettuce                                                                              

2) snap green beans.

   3) eggs

4 )milk
